Please try to contact us as soon as you know you will not be able to attend your pets appointment (at least 24 hours prior). The vet often has appointments and operations that run the risk of being disturb if clients skip appointments. We understand it is possible to need to reschedule an appointment but if you repeatedly forget to attend on time this will be logged.
